  • Donate items to be included in the athletic goody bags (Estimate 30 bags). This could be shirts, stickers, water bottles with your logo, pencils, advertisement for events, etc
    • GSD will put your business logo or name in our Homecoming Day Program

Purchase a Page in the Program

  • Purchase a quarter, half, or whole page in the Homecoming Day Program.
    • Organizational Advertisement for business, club, upcoming event, etc.
    • Submit a photo of your student athlete, favorite mascot, or team motto as a way to support the event. (all students must have a photo release on file)
    • Support for one of the schools and their teams (i.e. Go Tigers!)
    • Your favorite quote or verse

Quarter Page - $5.00 
Half Page - $10.00
Full Page - $20.00


 

Day of Booth

  • Set up your booth inside with internet, AC, and real bathrooms!
    • Business or Organization Promotional or informational materials
    • Crafts (Jewelry 3D prints, T-shirts, art, etc.)
    • Prepared goods (Sealed foods and goods that meet all applicable laws)

Booths run from 9am to 4pm (time may adjust slightly as event times are confirmed). Booths should be attended during the event. Setup and take down are day-of

Homecoming Day Booth Cost:

Non-Sales booth - $Free
Sales booth - $10.00


Once you are approved, you will be contacted with building and spot assignments 1 week before the event.. Setup will take place day of, and on GSD campus

Hold Harmless Agreement...
 
Georgia School for the Deaf property or representative(s) or employees or event volunteers and their property, actions, and etc shall be termed "GSD" for the remainder of this document.
 
Any vendor, business, organization, group or person(s), and their associated property, actions, etc who are engaging with GSD in any capacity during the event this application is for, shall be termed "Vendor" for the remainder of this document.
 
Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless GSD from any liability, damages, cost or expenses arising from death, injury or damage to Vendor including legal fees incurred in connection therewith and relating to the event in which this form relates.
 
Persons Entering GSD Campus Agreement....
 
Georgia School for the Deaf is an education facility. Any persons who meet or think they may meet, any of the items listed below are PROHIBITED from entering the Georgia School for the Deaf campus or properties.
  • Registered sex offender of any country, state or region
  • Convicted of any crime or action against a minor (a minor is any persons under the age of 18)
  • Display or use of tobacco or tobacco products on campus
  • Carry a firearm or weapon on campus unless otherwise permitted by law
